Weirdly Sick Or Simply Agging Problem

Hey    Wonderful   People!

Hope   all   is   going   fine  and  smooth   at   your   end.

Hope   you   guys   are   dealing   brilliantly   with    all   the   twists   and  turns   of   your   daily   routine    and    pushing    away    all   the   negativity   that   bring  along   these   stupid   health    issues    sprung    by   aging  :)
Last   two   days  were   quite   a   task  for  me .

It   seemed   that   like   a   discarded    flight  i   entered   into   kind   of   dark  huge  cloud   with   no   WAY  OUT

I  felt   STUCK    and   dizzy ,my   body    felt   so   heavy    and   stubborn .Which   wanted   to  stick   on  bed   only .

Head   felt   like   big  iron   ball   in   which  some   kind  of  gases   were   caged   and  hitting   the  walls   madly .

I  really  don't   know  from   where  it  came   from   but  it  was   truly   a  battle  that   finally  seemed  to  be   over   when  i  heard  voice   of  my  eldest   son   yesterday .

Hearing   him   made  me  feel   better   afterwards   and   today   i   can    feel   normal    which  is  such   a  blessing   after    being   so   lost   and  sick.

See    how   diversity   in  life   gives   new   meanings   to   same   views   and  objects :)

this   (no  name ,sorry)  plant    seems   to  say   me  "welcome  back "  his  widely  opened  arms  and  stare   to  the  sky   is    a  simple  "gratitude"  isn't  it ?

life   is   precious  because  it  is  unpredictable  and   sooo  SHORT! so   just  breath   and  pray  while   holding  little   bit  incomplete   glass   of  water   as  you  are   not  the  exception ,all   have   same  imperfections  with   slight   difference  :)

It's   been   almost   one   and  a   half    year    to   my   gallbladder   surgery  .

What   change   is   coming   strongly   in   my  notice    is   that  my   want    for   food   is   lessening    constantly  .

My   portion   of   three    meals    has   dropped   to   half    of   what   i   used   to  eat   before   operation .

I   can't  understand   why?

My   energy    level   is  not   stable  ,i   mean    i   get   tired   with  little   work  often   but    sometimes   it   seems   i   am  fully   charged   and   can   do   so  many   things  within   a   day .

The   attack   of   weird   sickness  i  suffered   last    two   days  is   not   surprise    at   all .

I   feel   such   terrible   way   at   least   once   a  week.

I   try    to     keep  in  notice  that  if  certain   kind  of   food    makes   me  sick   or   else .

What   i   got  is   that   i   will  have  to   quit   all   kind  of  pulses   and    chickpeas .

Though   i  throw   their   water  after  boiling  them   but   still   they   give   me   trouble  which  is  so  SAD   because    i   love   pulses   and  chickpeas    alot !!!

i   don't   like  or  eat   meat (beef)  since  childhood ,only  chicken   (hardly  two pieces  in  a  meal) which  was   raised    domestically   by  my  mom  .

Though   after   marriage   we    buy  chicken   from   poultry  shops    which   is    raised   commercially  in  unhealthy    feed  and  environment .

My   kids  eat   mutton   fondly  so  does  hubby ,   so  after  veggies  and  chicken , mutton  is  more  often  option .

Among   all  these   only   pulses   make   me   sick   and  so   badly.

So   i   am  positive   that   i  am  not  gonna   have  them  again SIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully   this   will  work   and  my  mysterious   illness  will  leave!

I  was   laid   helplessly   with   busting   head  but   while    bearing   all   the   discomfort   and  misery    what    kept   me   bit   relaxed  was   sticking   my   eyes   on   filled   part   of   glass!

I   had   so  many   happy   and   energetic  years   of   health   and   this  was   Grace  of  my   Lord!

So  why   complaining   if   he   is   putting   me  through   normal   test   that   process   of  aging  includes  :)

Such   optimism   keeps    me   calm    and  strong   in  all   kind   of    critical    situations ,and   this   is   most   important   thing   i   have  in  my   old   tired   hands  :)

Keep   taking   care  of   yourself   my  precious   friends!

Do  Not     let   anything   take   your   UMBRELLA   OF   FAITH  away   from   you   ,so   you   can   stay   under    the  shade   of   PEACE    always  :)

Thank   you   so  much   for  all  the   kind   visits   and   words !

Sorry   that  i  could  not  response  to  your   wonderful   comments  on   previous  post  as   had  thought   that   i  will  reply  to  each  comment   but  sickness   took   me  down !

Have  blessed   moments  each  step  dear  friends!

God   Bless  you   All!!!

  1. Your blessing is well-received and returned in kind. Speedy recovery to you, dear Baili.

  2. Oh, I am so sorry you were sick! Hope you are feeling much, much better now! Your flowers looks so pretty as always, have a wonderful weekend ☺

  3. I am so sorry to hear about your health issues. I am glad that you are feeling better for now. I hope that you start to feel better long term. As I get a little older, ailments are starting to sneak in with me too. It is important to stay optimistic.

  4. Oh Bali, I’m so sorry to hear you’ve been sick. I hope you feel better soon, I know some people do have a difficult time eating pulses, I hope this change in diet helps that horrible feeling you felt. Having said that I must say Your words are always so lovely to read. Feel better soon,

  5. You have blessed moments too, Baili. :)

  6. A change in diet can help a lot. I cannot eat whole wheat/ grain products any more. Cutting them out helped my digestion immensely.

    Feel better soon.

  7. You're not old. I wish you a full recovery from your challenges. I'm 80. Life is good at 80.

  8. I'm glad you're feeling better but low energy and lack of appetite are worrying symptoms. I hope you will discuss them with your doctor!

  9. I'm glad you are feeling better now, my friend. And I hope you have indeed discovered the cause of your ill feeling, although it will be hard to give up something you love. I am finding something similar with my gastrointestinal issues - many of the foods I love are now forbidden and I miss them. However, it is better to feel well and accept the change. You have such a good attitude toward life!

  10. You should go to the doctor and let him check.

  11. I hope that you know how many people care about you. Sometimes it helps. You care so much for others. Allow others to care for you.

  12. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well. I hope the change in the foods you eat will bring about the change you need. Your flower photos are lovely! Wishing you a wonderful day.

  13. Lovely to see your flower pictures.

So sorry to read you have not been feeling well, prayers that you feel better and stronger soon.

    All the best Jan

  14. Dear Baili, I'm sorry you felt so badly the last couple of days. I wonder if it was a flu bug or maybe something you ate that didn't agree with you. I'm so glad you feel better after hearing from your precious son. That makes all the difference in the world. Stay well, and I always enjoy your posts that are filled with faith and hope and love. : )

  15. Dearest Baili...sending you big healing hugs, my lovely friend!!
Those kind of illnesses that strike out of the blue are really horrible, and I so feel for you. So many things could be the cause, but sometimes we just can't find out exactly what it is. I have days like that too, more than once a week.
I am so glad you felt better after speaking to your son. A close bond to someone special is always very healing, isn't it.😊
I love your beautiful flowers. Just looking at them raises my spirits!

Have a wonderful weekend, beautiful lady!😊😊

Lots of love and hugs ❤❤❤

  16. 1 Kings 20:28 "And the man of God drew near, and spoke to the king of Israel and said, Thus saith Jehovah: Because the Syrians have said, Jehovah is a god of the mountains, but he is not a god of the valleys, I will give all this great multitude into thy hand, and ye shall know that I am Jehovah". God is there for us in the low days as well as the high ones!

  17. Very sorry to hear you were sick dear Baili! Hope you have had a chance to rest and recuperate fully! Have a wonderful weekend. It will be palm Sunday here and I always love this time of the year!

  18. Sending big hugs your way, my friend :)
As I get older, I have been having issues with food sensitivities / "leaky gut," my healthcare worker says.
Praying you will quickly find a happy balance that resolves these issues.

  19. Hope you are soon feeling yourself very soon, it certainly is no fun not feeling well.

  20. I am sorry to hear that you are struggling with your health. I hope you are fully recovered soon.

  21. Sometimes our body, the perfect machine, needs to expel some things that shouldn't be there.
    It's normal, it's good, it's natural.
    Have a great week!

  22. Sorry to read that you were not feeling well, Baili, and that you would have to give up some favorite foods. But maybe you can replace them with other foods you will enjoy without any ill effects. I hope so, my friend.

  23. I am sorry to hear that you weren't well. I do hope you are feeling MUCH better xo

  24. Please take care of yourself! I am so sorry! Big Hugs!

  25. I hope that you are feeling much better, Baili! I think we must listen carefully to our bodies and our minds and give them the care they require. Please take care of yourself: move, stretch, sleep, and eat healthy foods. But you know that, don't you? We all know it, but we don't necessarily follow the guidelines faithfully! LOL And you do not need to respond to any of my comments!!!!!
