Knee Bone Issue Will I Be Able To Walk Again?

Sharing result of knee X-ray. As i have mentioned my knee pain time to time on my blog since some six to seven years i guess it suddenly got worst and it was impossible to take walk or bend my knee. Another doctor had got such X-ray around five years ago and told all is fine.He treated me for uric acid for three months and that's it. Pain reappeared after two years and same doctor gave me same medication course for three months once again.

I felt slight pain during winter season but everything seemed fine over all. One and a half month ago knee pain returned dramatically and within weeks i lost my mobility completely. 

 

This time hubby wanted to take me to the Karachi so we can find better surgeon who can diagnose root cause of the issue. We were ready to leave on weekend but one of hubby 's friends called and insisted to visit to certain bone specialist near our city. We visited the doctor.He  was foreign returned and had worked in various countries including middle east. Doctor had his own big private hospital.we had to wait for more than three hours. He told that it is early stage of the degeneration of the bone and if patient cooperated things can get better. 

He injected into knee and gave medicine along with vitamins. 

I asked him how many injection are needed.he said consider it as you color your hair once they get fuzzy. regular injection will keep your knee flexible.

I think he meant injection will continue for life time probably.

I stretch while sitting or standing but not walking even pain is suppressed by the medicine.it is part of cooperation as patient.my eldest son and elder both showed concen  as they know how much I might miss walking.

Did any of you go through knee issues?

May be you can give me hope that i will be able to walk again???

Curious About Your Vitamins Consumption and blooms

Remember i mentioned i was taking homeopathic medicine for more than a month.i preferred it over allopathic medicine this time because i thought it will give my stomach a less tough time that has already survived from chroic ulcer. But when homeopathic course ended pain restarted without any delay shockingly.

And seemed worst this time.That was really surprising as during medication it seemed totally vanished. Anyway for unknown reason i got sore throat same week and it was that bad as drinking water felt hard task. We visited hroat doctor who said issue is more related to your stomach than throat.He added that i should eat healthy diet to get rid of anemia which is weakening immune system.I informed him that since i take much interest in improvement of my health i eat all the basics necessary things from yogurt to milk vegetables to little  mutton in a once a week fruits etc. He said then he is sure i am having deficiency of some vitamins then that help our food digest well and make blood in the body. 

I asked him why any doctor never mention about vitamins deficiency to the patients .He replied because tests required for detection of vitamins deficiency are very expressive. 

That was sad to learn that most of the patients suffer with deficiency of vitamins without knowing about it. He prescribed few vitamins among which was Omega 3 cord liver fish oil. We have started to take it regularly since a week almost. 

Coincidentally we had  bought one bottle for our younger son last year.he finished it in three to four months i guess and mentioned that it made things lot better for him.

I was curious if some of you also taking any or many kinds of vitamins?

It will be helpful if you will share your experience such as what and how long  you been taking them and what was the before and after realization?

Little Joys Of The Life

Precious friends !

Hope and pray that all is well with you all!

Some parts around us had rain which turned our weather very nice suddenly. We decided to go for outing that went awesome as taking motorbike ride with hubby is amazing always!

Our eldest son called us on Sunday and shared how he spent his birthday time with Gabbi and other friends. We kept call short as he was on train when he called and with his girlfriend, they were heading to Gabbi'parents house as family invited him on lunch.

I was little nervous when my son asked if i want to say hello to Gabbi as writing English on blog is different than speaking with someone who's native language is English. But it was pleasant shock when Gabbi spoke first greeting sentence in Urdu.it sounded unbelievable at once honestly .oh my God ,words slipped from my mouth insanity and everyone laughed 😊 .my son told she is trying to learn urdu and i realized how sweet she is!!!

Gabbi made this card as birthday gift for my son, isn't it priceless and Cute !

I found it touching that makes my eyes teary little bit!

I love how everyone looks happy ♥️

Some Good And Some bad News

 Hello Sweet Hearts!

Hope beating wisely on the beat of life!

it might sound repetition but our power and internet has been disturbed so badly recently . It rained here continually for three days and it was obvious that power will remain absent until rain stops because our wire system is not appropriately done within city so WPDA the power company shuts it off when first drop touches the ground what a mess .Same thing happened with our internet device as it was going off and on  periodically so hubby decided to subscribe from another local internet service provider . The workmen took whole day for installation of the wires outside the house and then setting the device not because it was as much time consuming but because they would leave the job and go to buy something that lacked during the installation. There was still little part of job remaining which was supposed to finished today but nobody appeared and we are still waiting that process can be end eventually .

The youngest brother of hubby has adopted a baby girl from one of his nephew and we are so happy for them! They got married before twelve years and had still no hope for having child .Couple was desperate honestly and they tried hard to get treatment meanwhile but invain unfortunately . One of our nephew (eldest son of the another brother of hubby) 's wife was expecting with baby girl .It was going to be third daughter so couple decided to offer my youngest brother in law if he wants to adopt their baby. The couple relived and accepted the offer immediately .The baby came to the world last night and couple took not just responsibility of  financial expenses but they both stayed in the hospital to look after the mother and baby . We were informed that they have returned today so we called and congratulate them .We will visit them to share their joy soon hopefully!

It is 7th of the August my eldest son's birthday ! I wished him by writing him a poem in Urdu :)

but i could not write in english for my blog actually which i had in mind. Recent crises of power, internet and then another which i did not mention probably that the only oldest laptop we had in the house has also been down since last week sadly, and it has made me feel low a bit .

Our younger son is home for ten days .And i am trying to feed him as much as i can ,quite a hard task indeed !

Writing this post on youngest son's laptop which is now with younger son because his own is also out of order since two months almost .He will take it back to karachi and we ,me and youngest son will have to use our phones for study and blogging which also is task .
