Table For T.V and Advise Required For Uric Acid Control ?

Hey  Precious  Friends!

Hope   and  pray  that   all  of  you  are  enjoying   your    breathing    with   gratitude    and   positive    energy   rising   from   your   beautiful  soul !

This   is   11:36  am   here, taking   advantage   of   uncertain   kindness   of  electricity   which    i  don't  know  why   did   not   go  for  almost   whole  day   as  it  does   since  two  week.

Quick   update   of  weather   which    seems   to  be  stuck  between   summer   and  winter   and   we  are  still   enjoying   milder   and  little  bit  cooler  days    instead   of  sudden   cold   days  after   extremely   hot   weather .

I   am   on the  edge   of  recovery   from   really   tough   cold  and   flu  and   nonstop   sneezing   all  the  time ,
Feeling   back  in  my  senses   little   bit :)

On  this  Sunday   we   received   our   table   for   50  inches  T.V  we  bought  month  ago    .

Hubby   ordered   it  week   ago ,We  both   draw   it's   design   together   and   carpenter   made  exactly   accordingly . here  it  is below

My  Samsung j5    has  not  powerful  camera  to   convey  it's   charming  look though

we  using  lower  part   as  showcase  instead  of drawers

okay   now  want  to   you   to  share  with  me  if   (god Forbid)   you  also  are   experiencing   or  have  experienced   earlier   the   rising   growth   of   Uric  Acid   which   is   basic reason   for   joint  pains .

What   did  you   do  to  control   it  in your  body   alongwith   medicine ?

which   food   you  avoid   and  which  you  added   to  progress  towards   betterment ?

I  have   researched   about  it   online   but   i  want  you   guys   to  share  it   with  me   as  there   is  LOT  on  net  and  i  don't  know  what   to  follow  actually ?

I  just   want  to  listen    solution  from  real  people  around  me  ,so  it  will  be  kind  of  you   if  you   share   you  part  of  experience !

Stay  healthy  positive  and  happy !

REMEMBER   IT  IS   YOUR   BRAIN  THAT   INFLUENCE   THE  ALL  FUNCTIONS  WORKING  IN  YOUR  BODY   SO

DON"T  LET  IT  TANGLED   IN   THORNY   BUSHES   OF  USELESS   PROBLEMATIC  THOUGHTS!

HARMONIZED   YOUR   THOUGHTS   WITH   FUNCTIONS   OF    YOUR  BODY!

THIS  IS   ESSENTIAL!!!

God  Bless  You  All!!!

  4. Black cherry juice. Or just black cherries, but the juice is more concentrated.

"Uric Acid which is basic reason for joint pains"

I think this illness is called gout here. Drinking the juice makes it go away, almost immediately. I don't know if you grow them there. They can also be called dark or dark-red cherries.

    1. Thank you so much dear Sandi!

Since I live in southern dry hotter part of country since almost 26 years I see these berries less around here

I can only find them little bit when I visit my native area.
Yet I will try to have them as soon as possible because care is better than cure

  6. Bali, I am so glad you are on the road to recovery from those awful cold symptoms. I am unable to help with advice regarding the uric acid problem, but Sandi's remedy sounds very hopeful.
And your new TV table - beautiful!! Enjoy!

  7. Very nice TV stand. I've got nothing for that acid problem, hope it clears up soon. I checked foods to avoid and it sounds like you can't eat anything.

Now I can't get Shakespeare out of my mind, "Alas poor yorick." Sorry.

  8. Hop that you are feeling better from the flue and cold, Baili. yet, it seems you are having another issue with joint pain. Unfortunately, I do not know anything about uric acid and best ways to deal with it. I would check online myself and do as you are doing in seeking the advice of others who may (unfortunately) have had similar experiences. It's always good to learn from others.

I hope that you get some tips on what to eat - I would be interested to know this, too. My joints are getting a little creaky :) It's no fun! Sending hugs xo Karen

Glad you visited and dropped kind words my friend

Yes having flu is miserable as it grabs the head which controls whole body.
With disturbed senses one cannot even think correctly

According to my friends here I must focus on vegetables and fruits and lots of water so I got it

  11. Bananas, melons, and most fruit juices are good. Foods high in potassium help reduce the effects of uric acid. Stay away from animal organs and limit other meats. Chicken is good. Also green tea is good. Good luck.

  15. I am fortunate to never have had this condition, although my father had it and needed medication and diet alterations to keep it under control.

Whenever I have a problem figuring out the correct medical information, I find the Mayo Clinic website very good. It is a well-known clinic in the United States and has reliable information. Here are two links that may help your understanding of uric acid (which is also called gout here):

First, one on the condition itself:
    https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/gout/symptoms-causes/syc-20372897

And second, one on diet and other ways to help control the condition:

I hope you feel better soon!

  19. Hello Baili! So sorry to hear that you have been sick with a cold, and now suffering from what we call gout here in the States. I do think that eating cherry juice or taking a black cherry supplement will help too. Also avoiding certain foods such as red meat should also help you too. I hope you find some relief from your pain, sweet friend! And what a darling TV shelf built by your carpenter friend, I'm sure it must make your heart so happy to enjoy your pretties through the glass! Trusting all is otherwise well with you, many blessings and hugs!

Glad to hear from you after time:)

I don't like or eat read meat since my childhood.

Though I am mad about red puls or red lentils and I had used it much often and I think this can be reason behind my uric acid problem as it is great source of protein. Doctor has prohibited it strictly and I feel lost when I can't have it with white boiled rice

Anyways I will avoid it to keep myself healthy no other option here :(

  23. How interesting that you have furniture built to order! that would be a very expensive, time consuming way of getting a tv cabinet in the uk! for us it would be Ikea flat pack (diy) or to buy ready made although there is plenty of design choice you have to go with standard sizing. I like the idea you can choose your own style to fit a space perfectly and the display part looks very nice. sorry I can't help with uric acid query.

    1. thank you dear Betty!

actually unlike your part of land people buy readymade stuff or order it ,second option is mostly due to when we order something we choose quality and reliability is guaranteed

ordered stuff here is more stable and reliable then ready made which looks very attractive though but not lasts as long as ordered one

this is why most of our whole furniture is from carpenter shop where hubby can visit and check often as if work is according to instruction or not

  25. Hello dearest Baili, fortunately you have already received some good advice for uric acid. I'm not familiar with this problem, but it seems that avoiding several types of meat and seafood is suggested. Diuretics seem to raise risk for gout, but so many of us use them for the management of hypertension.
I hope you feel better now... and that the problems with your electricity supply will go away. The new TV stand is beautiful and it's lovely that you have such good carpenter service available.
    Blessings and hugs!

  27. Hi, Baili! I'm well behind in blogging, so I hope that by now you are feeling much better and that your pesky cold is completely gone. I'm sorry that you are experiencing what we call gout in the US. From what I've been reading, losing weight, avoiding alcohol and red meats, fish, and poultry, drinking lots of water, and eating low fat dairy products and more fiber may help alleviate your pain.

I have osteoarthritis which is a different form of arthritis than what you have with gout. I have worked really hard in this past year to lose some weight and to eat healthier. I really believe that movement is important, even if it's painful, and I'm a BIG believer in eating an apple a day. Sometimes the weather is bad, and I don't want to go anywhere to work out, so I turn on a tv show and I walk in circles around and around my kitchen, dining room, and living room (There are tracks in the carpet ~ LOL), plus I climb up and down the stairs. I make myself move a minimum of 250 steps/hour from 6 am (I'm an earlier riser) to 2 p.m. In the past year I've lost 22 pounds or 10 kilograms, and I feel like a new person.

By the way, I know you have beautiful polished stone floors. My doctor told me not to walk on hard floors in soft slippers or bare feet. I'm now wearing sneakers or shoes that support my feet, and that has helped me tremendously!!!

I wish you well as you tackle this, Baili, and I admire your courage in seeking ideas. I believe we can always improve our health situation, even if we can't always cure it. Sending you a big hug, my friend!
