That meal looks so delicious! What a wonderful way to spend time with friends. How nice of your son to do that. I bet he learned that kindness from his mom :)
ReplyDeleteThank you dear Martha!
Deletemy son can make various dishes now and often shares his success through whatsup to cheer me up as he knows i am always concerned about his food as he returns home after whole day out for study and then part time job so it makes me worry that he should not be habitual to skip his meals due to tiredness
I'm glad your son has such good friends to spend time with in Munich!
ReplyDeleteLovely pictures of Autumn, Baili. It is my favorite season of all. I especially like the picture of the trees and water. Your son looks like he's having a good time with his friend. That's so nice of him to always share photos of his life with you. The beef rice looks so good. We didn't have much rice growing up, and I think that's why I love it so much and cook it often.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the last of the October days, Baili. November will arrive soon.
~Sheri

i LOVE my small garden in each season ,this is soul of my house indeed!
I don't eat rice anymore ,only once in a month may be few spoons just to make myself feel that i can still afford to have them lol as doctor has banned them for me :(
Who doesn't love a man who knows how to cook? A big thanks to you and other mothers who have taught their sons culinary skills :} I'm sure it warms your heart to see your son enjoying food and friendship, and that he lives in such a lovely landscape.
ReplyDeleteSo glad your electricity is back up, Baili! Trusting that these troubles will not reoccur :}
To be honest i did not make him learn to cook dear Chris as in our country (Pakistan) men mostly stay apart from household specially kitchen (asian tradition which is changing quickly )
Deletethough he saw his father cooking for his family and loved the dishes made by him so much ,thank God that he inherited these graceful habits and making his life easy now

How excellent your son cooks well, he will never have an empty house, great mum for giving him useful skill! Your autumn looks pretty, i hope your power will be restored very soon.
ReplyDeletehe is living away from us for almost 8 years dear Betty so no wonder that he is fed up with all outside's fast food that spoils the stomach and either we also used to advise him in his early years of departure that he must try to cook simple meals for himself as outside food is dangerous if taken regularly
