Winter and Joints Pain (images source google)

Hello  Lovely People!

Hope  all  of  you  are  enjoying  the   each  moment  of  life  with Grace  and   gratitude  !

Happy   Thanksgiving  to  all  my  friends  who  are  celebrating  this  day  of  Thanks!

Among  all   the  blessings  we  have  is

MOST IMPORTANT  BLESSING   IS    TO  HAVE   REALIZATION   OF   BLESSINGS    WE    HAVE!

Without  this  Main   blessing   all  blessings   loose   their  meaning  in  our life ,aren't  they?

Slowly  and  steadily   winter   is   arriving  in  our  part  of  land   ( south  Asia  Pakistan) either . Temps  are  dropping   little   bit  such  as  30 Celsius  only  with  gentle  waves  of  breeze!

10:40 am ,i  am  feeling  better .

Yes   few  days  back  hubby  took  me  to  the  doctor  who  was  specialist   of   orthopedics  .I  told  him  about  my  joint  pain  history  which  specially  increases  during  winters .

He  immediately  wrote  three  kinds  of  blood  tests   which  were  quite  expensive .We  got  reports   after  two  hours  wait   and  revisited  doctor . According  to  him  my  body  lacks  calcium  terribly!

He  wrote   prescription   .I  requested  him  to  write   something  which  make  me  less  sleepy .He  smiled  and   re  wrote   few   tablets   as   he  cut  two  names   written  before  on   paper .

I   am   so  happy  that  these  drugs  are  not  making  any  negative   effects  on  my  nerves   and  i  am  able  to  do  all  my  house  related  chores  actively .

Joints  pain   has  started  to  be  less  slowly  as   it  seems  that  knots  tied  within  bones  are  being  untied  gently (thank  God) :)

You  please  take  great  care  dear  friends  and  stay  aware  of  your  body's  problem  and  don't   postpone  their  solution  further!

Happy  Living!  Love  you  All God  Bless  YOU!!!

  2. I’m so impressed with your medical service! To have so much completed in such a short time, we wait days and days for results and wait months for appointments to see specialists, I’m sorry to hear of your pain, I hope the medication makes it all go away ,

  3. I think that cold or rainy weather does affect arthritis -- at least it does in my hands!

  6. Poor you Baili, I get the odd twinge in a couple of places but nothing I can't live with (I think exercise helps, I do a weight lifting class two or three times a week and it keeps joints supple) I do hope your can build up your calcium reserves. Betty x

  12. I also have been advised to take calcium tablets and do so each morning. I hope the medications will ease your discomfort, Baili and how nice that your husband took you to the doctor.

  17. I am so sorry to hear about your joint pains. I hope that you find remedies. My mother suffered with joint pain through much of her life. It is fall here in New York and while I enjoy some things about the season I am missing summer already :)
