Hey Universe ! What Are You Up To ? A Poem By Baili

When i look at you ,you are dense and vast

Like  withered debris from gunfire's blast

At first glance full of beauty and peace

Puzzled and complicated when look into deep

Happy, sad ,angry  confused or frail ?

Sometimes i feel "cat chasing it's tail"

At first, i found you full of different things

Realised,in all your tunes ,One song you sing!

Song of life and death, song of stillness and breath

Existence ,survival, revolution and growth

Song of good and bad ,song of light and dark

Song is actually" One "sung by reptile or lark

Everything around is your thought's reflection

As you are experiencing your own expressions

As you had no one to play along with you

And to do so created countless versions of you

From tiny to huge stuck in crazy rotation

Everything here  seem to follow same old fashion

I wonder what set you on this clueless roam ?

Or you acted randomly on your first thought own

Did you think of the way and everything be need ?

Or you felt content by holding single seed (hope to reach somewhere maybe)

Seed of  desire to swirl in an endless dance ?

Making sure joining you all your nuance

Where is the wall that gives back what it take?

Why all actions done here are "echoing back" ?

Trying to figure out some mystery unsolved ?

Is there with you anybody else is involved ???

Is this  circulation is just meaningless passion?

Or you too have some specific destination ?

If you searching something ,how silly this sound

How one get somewhere by going round and round?

Or your swirl is way of transformation ?

From "being" to not "being" a silent conversion ?

Is all the existential labour is done for purification ?

So you can embrace back your Centre after Liberation ?

My all assumptions will keep me  anxious

Until i melt and dissolve into your ocean

Maybe i will find answer ever or never will be

But being part of your journey is enough for me!

Stuff Of My Life

 Hello Sweet Hearts!

Hope beating beautifully on the rhythm of life!

This is September, a month in which autumn starts to show it' s colour. It's been ages since i witnessed true autumnal beauty in my native village. Trees and plants stay here green for extended period because of hot weather. We wait for cooler days to witness little colours of the season in our small garden. Maybe it is slowly changing weather that brings nostalgia or aging that i am missing autumn more this year.

This is pleasant noon and i am saying this because i don't have to cook lunch in the kitchen today as we have some chicken curry and all i have to cook is two flat bread and that is it. So once i enter and work in the kitchen i encounter with much heat and forget to appreciate the weather that is getting less hot with passing days of September . Right now temperature is 38 c outside but fan air feel cool inside.

I am writing this post on dining table, my favourite place from where i can see bit of the sky, our garden and neem tree that is playing with air joyfully!

I sat here to write after so many days actually. The long and intensely hot  summers leave no room for feel anything but heat and laboured breathing during doing house chores. Our recent stay of 3 months in Islamabad went mostly in hospital visits sadly. Yet we had great time there. Eldest as wise precious soul he is has rented an apartment in posh area where the the huge park was right before where we lived. Though windows did not face the park directly but we took full advantage of this opportunity and took daily walks of 3 to 4 miles regularly. We knew that eldest son wanted us to do so and he knew how much we love walking in this park. God bless him for his kindness!

I realised that only one thing that kept me pushing towards feeling ill there was that i had to skip exercise which my body needed badly due to arthritis. Actually most of the mornings we had to go to the hospital around 8 am for more than two months.Mornings were time for the exercise. Then business and hacks of the day would not leave energy to do anything but lay low. On the other hand meds started to make me feel more dull. I believe that if i could have continued exercise i would have not been much ill because meanwhile i became vulnerable to my severe anemia, arthritis, stomach ulcer and allergy that occupied the space completely. They have been with me whole life and i have kept them knocked off for decades with my exercise and meditation but this time i made mistake by not thinking about what i was missing actually.

Since here at home now all due cleaning and arranging is done ,i have started exercise and feel energetic already thankfully !

Do you ever feel that if you skip exercise for sometime and world around you seems to get enlarge and you feel shrunk before everything around you ?

I felt that way after skipping exercise for three months :(

But it is just third day of workout and i feel strong and active again :)

Today i am little sad and happy at the same time because our youngest son has left home as he has got admission in the university in other city .

The day he left three of us were emotional and i saw my son trying not to show his emotions first but i could see his slightly wet eyes. Than before bus moved he got down second time and hugged us and said he is thankful for everything and that he will miss us . He asked us not to tire ourselves much .We are in touch daily and he seems happy with this change and is busy in preparation for joining his university. His brothers are guiding him too!

After him, next day when we got up house felt so empty and my eyes were shedding tears after each once in while .I know that today's children are not like us who were so naive and wouldn't survive without parents or will take long to adjust. They are smart and know how to move on and face what lies ahead. But being a parent i feel bit alone an sad! I know i will made peace with this transformation as well with time ,though an emptiness and sense of sadness will stay with us for the life we have ahead. It makes me at peace too and proud too that God has given me an open mind to understand how nature works and follow it's simple laws so life can be a good and light experience for everyone!

This is the only earning i could made throughout out my life and i feel grateful for that! Everyone has his own way to earn happiness .It makes me utterly grateful and happy that God has gifted me heart who feels happy only when he gives happiness to people around him!

Thank you so much for being with me till here dear friends!

thank you so much for your exceptional love and support that strengthen me and encourages to share moreπŸ₯ΉπŸ™❤️

Health ,peace and happiness to you all and to all you love!!!!

Series Of Inconveniences .......

Hello dear friends

Hope having blessed times by the grace of God!

Sorry for my late posting .I have few natural excuses for that actually. As i have mentioned that i was trying to quit medicine as my course ended but felt sick immediately afterwords. I got upset stomach which was more concerning as we had to travel here in next few days.I thought that my body reacted negatively because i tried to break the routine of taking medicines at once. (couldn't think of something else because i have been taking medicines since my early life but felt absolutely fine whenever quit them). Anyway i bought half pack of meds and started to take half dose this time. Then after a week stop taking them. Although my stomach behaved normal this time but the weakness and flu took over. I broke all my previous records of excessive sneezing and feeling sick. I doubt that i made many passengers sick in the bus we rode to home because of my flu was so obvious  🫩So after three beautiful months in Islamabad, We are back home in our small hot and sweating city. We arrived on Tuesday noon. Loads of works were laying here and there idly and we tried to sweep them off with whatever energy was left thankfully. My flu is still accompanying faithfully despite the medication and i keep wondering if treatment or medicine i took in Islamabad was right decision ? And how long this strange side effect gonna stay with me ?

Let me share with you that our home appliances are too acting weird  since we have returned .Our dawlance fridge is not cool anymore . Right now a workman is trying to fix it . We brought lots of laundry to wash with us as machine back there wasn't automatic ,but dawlance front load washing machine started to make noise when reached close to end of it's cycle. Hubby tried to figure out by taking out it's manual guide book. We learnt that we should have wash the drum once in a month which we did not so noise could the be result of dried detergent and debris of threads. It took both of us more than half hour to identify which function will clean the machine. I selected steam function which chose 2 and half hours cycle of cleaning.Though I couldn't find how to set water temperature :(  Although machine is working fine afterwards and no noise anymore but i think hot water selection could have make more significant difference. Will keep try to find this water temperature function for next time.

Story doesn't end here, our tv is not working as well and so is internet device ,can you believe it 🀣

We have dropped our tv on repair shop before leaving and the workman is in Karachi since then and making promises he couldn't keep sadly . Even though we just want him to return advance money (50000 pkr) and tv and we will buy new one but he is responding with new excuse each next day .Lets hope he realises what is doing. None of this is more bothering than feeling ill constantly so i don't have time to worry about these things except wondering if i can feel better ever 😭

Oh did i tell you that we forgot one our very important piece of luggage in our Islamabad apartment . Yes and 100% because all of us were fluish ,add super fluish when talking about me 😩

Thankfully the apartment manger reacted  with sense of responsibility and  sent the bag through cargo service last night . We paid gratitude and money that process cost to him.

I think this is enough complaining for today dear friends ! Big thanks for staying with me till end . I feel encouraged by your love and support πŸ™ Will try to get back to my routine asap including visit to my favourite blogs 😍

Sending heartfelt best wishes ,love and prayers on your way precious friends! God bless you all!

Altit Fort And Baltit Fort ,Legend Of Two princes And Personal Opinion And Query

Hello Precious Friends!

Hope having blessed days and enjoying the moments in your hands to fullest!

As you know that since few weeks my posts are mostly about our recent trip to Hunza valley in northern Pakistan. Today i am sharing about the two old forts situated in Hunza valley Altit Fort and Baltit Fort . We could visit only Altit that was not that far from where we stayed . I shared some photos that we captured while exploring Altit Fort. I have taken help from google to share history of both forts though .I hope you will enjoy !

Baltit Fort is a prominent historical site in Pakistan and this place offers a panoramic view of Hunza Valley and the highest mountain peaks in Pakistan. Baltit Fort was the home of Ayashkutz royal family of Hunza for 700 years. Formerly known as Kanjut, Hunza was an independent principality ruled by a hereditary monarch named Mir Tham in the local Burushaski language. In the 19th century, Baltit Fort was part of the Great Game. In 1891, as part of an overall strategy to contain the Russians, British troops invaded Hunza and eventually occupied Baltit Fort and Hunza state. The structure of the fortress has undergone many changes over the years. The fort was abandoned in 1945, and Mir Ghazanfar Ali Khan later donated the fort to Baltit Heritage Trust. The Aga Khan Trust for Culture renovated the Baltit fort and is on the tentative list of UNESCO’s world heritage sites since 2004. The Baltit Fort now stands as a heritage site in Pakistan to be visited by tourists from all over the world. All the information and images are from this site A Brief History of Ancient Baltit Fort.To avoid making post more lengthy i excluded some parts that you can find there if interested .

Baltit Fort History

The Mirs of Hunza knew how hard it was for invaders to attack this region, but that did not mean it was impossible. The clever move was to create a fortress or stronghold to shield the citizens against attack from outsiders and any sieges set upon them.

While the Mir’s of Hunza originally resided in the Altit Fort, later Mir’s of Hunza built Baltit Fort and moved to Baltit Fort placed high above the valley, against the side of the glacier for the best vantage point. Baltit fort age is around 700 years. The foundation of the fort dates back to the 8th century, although the structure itself has undergone many additions and modifications over the years. Carbon dating indicates some of these additions were made in the 13th century.

In the 16th century Mir of Hunza, Ayashoo II wed Princess Shah Khatoon from Baltistan. She brought with her many artisans who influenced the design visitors to the fort see today. Baltistan was heavily influenced by Tibetan culture and architecture, so the face-lift the new Princess ordered resembled the Potala Palace in Lhasa. Additional changes were made to the fort, including the addition of colored glass, a more colonial-style front elevation, and limewashing

Fort Preservation

Baltit Fort was abandoned in 1945 when Mir Jamal Khan and their family moved to the newly built palace in Karimabad, Hunza. Mir Ghazanfar Ali Khan gracefully donated the fort to the Baltit Heritage Trust to restore and preserve it. The donation of the fort went to the Baltit Heritage Trust which was established as a caretaker for the facility. In1985 The Aga Khan Trust for Culture brought on Richard Hughes and Didier Lefort to develop a plan to save the Baltit Fort from further disrepair. Their ideas became a full-scale, complex conservation proposal. Hughes, an English engineer specializing in seismic proof structures and soil buildings, worked with Lefort, a French architect, and designer. Now the restoration could begin, and the current museum was established. Baltit Fort has been on the tentative list of UNESCO’s world heritage sites since 2004. On 29th September 2006, The President of Pakistan, Mr. Farooq Laghari, and Prince Karim Aga Khan inaugurated the restoration of Balti Fort in Karimabad Hunza

image source here , we visited this Altit Fort that was half hour drive from our hotel. This image i chose because it gives idea how high and aloof it stands on the dry mountain peak. All the photos below are taken by us

you can imagine how harsh weather conditions must be during winter season. This building has survived through time and tough weather conditions. The area is protected and well maintained by authorities Agha Khan Trust  .

The total area for the fort is 300 to 400 meters,a vertical  drop down straight to the Hunza river , we could not see the houses below except some remnants but river was flowing with all his might and elegance . looking down from such height and seeing such view takes breath away for a moment literally !

from the lush front yard with grazing sheep here and there few staircase lead to the main old fort building . A guide is provided once we buy tickets who leads his group towards the small entrance of the tower like timber palace. We saw two other guides who were leading their groups too. Our guide called people so they can gather and he can tell the story of  this Fort and a family of younger prince who lived here. If you have checked the link given above or read the the paragraphs written about Baltit palace (one we could not visit) you know that Baltit palace was home to royal family where two brother lived together with their families .

image source here, according to legends the dispute over power between two brothers made younger brother move here in other palace where he tried to form his own army and was buried alive in this standing grave by his elder brother .Although story does not have documented proof but stories travels from generation to generation over the centuries as we know . I was so disheart to listen this part of the story as i wanted to leave the room but i stayed anyway. Throughout my life i have read and the watched in shows and movies how power seekers shed their own blood for something truly trivial and i could never grasp such mindset nor ever i will that how this can happen ! i could not take the photo of this standing grave but hubby and sons did .

tourists standing front of the office for buying tickets which was close to the main entrance of the palace yard. from the languages spoken by people we noticed that tourists  from all corners of Pakistan have come to visit , we spotted many foreigners within and outside the building on different places

when our group was moving to second floor this couple appeared ,the man called the guide man if he is free .Guide man replied that it will take some time because he has group to guide already, he said they can join the group if they want to .but man said quite loudly "o no we don't like groups " that sounded bit ill mannered to me and i think to all . whatever he liked or not it was his personal business and he should not have said this front of many people who were a group at that moment ( this is my personal opinion . but i would like to listen what you think about it .

That is it dear friends , many thanks for your incredible support and love ! It gives me strength to speak my heart and share my thoughts with you all !

Sending heeartfelt best wishes ,love and prayers on your way blessed souls! God Bless You All!

Ice Bridge The Coolest Experience Ever And Happy Birthday

 Hello Amazing Hearts !

Hope and pray that beating wisely on the rythem of life!

I am fine and trying to deal with after affects of my medication . Yes thankfully ,i got my medicine course ended finally . But strangely i am experiencing bit more heavy head and upset stomach :(  I don't know why . Hubby says taking pill immediately for upset stomach isn't good so i waited for two days and then started . Feeling relieved thank goodness ! But still waiting for my old version i sued to be before starting medicationπŸ˜’

I believe like i do ,you too will keep me in your prayers dear friends!

Recent highly destructive earthquake in Colombia made my heart very heavy! And brought back memories of Venezuela!!!

Being human sense of vulnerability and helplessness dominates my heart sometimesπŸ₯ΊπŸ˜ž

On bright side ,we are getting lots of rains throughout the country :) Rainy season makes hilly areas more beautiful😍

Though rains like other aspects of the weather have become unpredictable in a way that sometimes an area receives rain in a day two to ten times more than it used to  get in a month before .Sounds scary to me.

I am feeling sad because we are leaving Islamabad at the end of August and i will be missing this weather and scenery greatly😞

But living here for three months are gift given by eldest son by the grace of God! and we are happy and grateful to have this opportunity!πŸ™πŸ₯Ή❤️

Today is the Happy 79th birthday of my homeland Pakistan! Despite all the odds it feels nice to have a homeland that one can call "ours"πŸ™❤️May God enlighten authorities and inhabitants to play their significant role in the well being of this gifted piece of land!

Sharing some more glimpse from our recent tour to higher northern pakistan Hunza valley dear friends .Hope you will enjoy them as we did .

sorry i couldn't locate video of the history told by guide as it is tough to locate one video among hundreds , i promise i will asap . This is backyard of the fort area or room .below river was flowing joyously singing wild songs ,everything was unbelievably beautiful . Walls of the fort did not last but area is protected with wooden fence . The wide spread yard around the fort is lush and has many pretty flowering plants along with old and new trees . Wooden stair curing along upwrds leads to the top floor room that is still standing and maintained by local authority with funding and income from tourism. This was taken by kind guide man.

Hubby is standing beside the river called "Ice Bridge" formed by melting glacier behind. It took our breath away when we saw it in first trip there .I thing it was best thing ever we encountered . As after getting down from the car we felt a powerful sense of joy and excitement as the rushing water was producing such a high therapeutic and healing voice and we could feel it's cool fog in the air from many meters 😍😊

Mountain HinduKush was laying behind us while soaking timely appearance of sunlight

I stayed with very cold rising fog of water for long while everyone felt cold and wandered around , i wanted to bring all my people from the hot city here to experience that cold as i had missed it bitterly for ages πŸ₯ΉIt gave me flue later lol but no regret and i can do it ever and ever as i miss cool weather badly in our sindh 'hot weather :(

youngest son crossed fenced area and got close to the river ,his elder brother took this photo and when i realised i was scared and called him back in protected area with seats of restaurant beside this awesome water

we visited this place on my insistence second time and i was happy that family agreed too ,i knew i won't be able to revisit soon so i wanted to live these cool moments once again  πŸ₯Ή❤️

Heartfelt thanks for your incredible support and love precious friends! I truly appreciate your kindness . It strengthen me to keep sharing!

I will be visiting you all asap! Health <peace and Happiness to you and yours❤️πŸ™

When Both Sons Crossed The Dangerous Suspension Bridge In Hunza

Hello Sweet Hearts!

Hope beating beautifully on the rhythm of life !

Thank you for your kind and sweet words on my previous post about Hunza trip .It makes me happy dear friends that i could share my joy and adventure with you and you guys enjoyed it :)

Since we are back and has joined our daily walks and normal routine but we still feel spellbound by our trip :)

We dropped our elder son to bus station on the night of 30th of July. Being a mother it was truly a deep sense of peace and happiness to have him for more than three months with us after long time but saying goodbuye was still difficult :( It was quite more than 20 hours long journey so we booked his ticket in sleeper bus which is fresh addition to national transportation thankfully . He told his journey was comfortable . Actually Trains have become very late and many are cancelled once in a while due to different reason which makes people to take alternative and buses are best option after expensive flights.

My final test has been taken and we have got the result .According to reports my stomach 's wall (part of it has scratch like stain) and lower  part of small intestine has signs of mild erosion . Lats time doctor asked me to take new medications for two weeks and then visit again. My head feels heavy because of medicines these days but hubby stays extra alert so i don't skip any dose :(

Just want to say that reading you regularly is my personal pleasure because it makes me feel connected to my friends !

Sharing some more highlights of our trip to Hunza today.hope you will find them interesting . Despite all the path hurdle we faced i believe that   northern parts of Pakistan are worth visiting as their natural beauty and amazing geological  layout has power to grip your mind  for so long !

next day to our arrival we booked a ride for main tourist destinations ,driver plus guide took us to two famous forts ,sacred stones of buddha times ,two lacks and and at the last to the suspension bridge .it is beginning of the way which gets slopy and leads to the suspension bridge .This path is laced with different  restaurants and souvenir shops

Husaini Suspension Bridge (only this  image is from google ) is counted among most dangerous bridges throughout the world ,when we arrived it was 5 :30pm and we were very exhausted because we have spent whole day in visiting different places . bridge was quite crowded with people ,mostly youngsters . a man was providing jackets for visitors who wanted to cross on the bridge ,we noticed that many mischievous boys were shaking the side ropes of the bridge with both hands  to frighten their friends and they might found it fun but actually it was very  dangerous as river flow below was very fast and there was obvious chance of falling down because side ropes of the bridge were very thin and gap between side ropes for holding was as two people can pass through and fall down easily

both of our sons got ready to cross the bridge . i was pretty scared at heart but i hold myself from stopping them . they both wore jackets and walked away as it was nothing . and me and hubby despite the worries kept taking shots of them even if it was difficult to spot them because of much people on the bridge . I noticed not all of the visitors were crossing the bridge .many were returning from half way or more or less of it. at the beginning i felt it was so easy and fun to cross the bridge and me and hubby started to walk over but soon i was afraid because i realised that we were very tired and our minds were not as attentive as they should be to do such a challenging task. So i decided to return after walking 50 steps hardly . part of me regretted but i was satisfied with my decision . Total length of the bridge is 196 meters .here in this photo  Youngest son is returned after crossing the bridge safely by the grace of God!

elder son returned first even though he had to stop near the end of other side  while  returning and wait for his younger brother.Actually  he realised that his brother has got slow .he told that he was bit concerned because his little brother got slow before reaching the end and reason was that gap between steps was getting wider with each step close to the end. Younger son told that he got slow because gap was getting hard to step and that made him look at  the water rushing below .he felt numb for a while .but when he looked for his brother who was returning smoothly he found out his brother was  standing there for him and waiting for him to start walking again . He told it brought him back to his norm and he started walking back. we kissed both son's forehead and congratulated them as they have completed not just their walk over the dangerous bridge but has showed great support and affection towards each other at the time it was need badly .because we were very far from them unable to see or do anything! i was so emotional that later i gave big tip for this (a showing gratitude to God) at a restaurant on the way back to our car! πŸ₯Ή

while kids got away on the bridge ,hubby asked me to sit he took this shot ,can you notice sign o worries in my eyes as a mother

taken by hubby when kids got to the other end of the bridge .i felt like time has slowed down and it will take ages to children to get back to us !

This was taken by me while wandering in the territory of the ancient fort .The area is spread on few acres and brilliantly managed by the authorities . tickets were pricy but worth it . i will share about it in next post dear friends!

Thank you for being with me till here!

God Bless you all and all you love!  ❤️πŸ™

Our First Tour To Upper Northern Hunza Valley

 Hello Dear Friends !

I know i am behind visiting my friends blog but i have a reason .A good thankfully. Actually we whole family (except our precious eldest son) went to visit Hunza valley for four days. You can say it was my lifetime dream since a i had read about it in my urdu book of sixth grade in school. Long wait yes but God made it happen finally at this part of my age and i am grateful for that! First our plan was to visit Kashmir once again as in our first tour we have fallen in love with it's natural beauty filled with serenity and elegance .But we postponed because of the political hype in the area these days. I suggested Hunza valley and family agreed immediately. We started to read online videos and set our plan in the light of  what was available online ,specially youtube videos made in 2025 by regular viloggers. We chose tourist bus one of the most trusted company and left for the valley on 21st of the July . Route time mentioned on the ticket was 16 hours but  we encountered to a bad surprise on the way sadly . After 4 hours smooth and beautiful journey road appeared was horribly bumpy and it stayed this way for 12 hours can you imagine?

Me and elder son  felt sick and nausea but compare to others it was nothing . When bus stopped for the break we noticed many people were looking for the pharmacy as they were vomiting and having stomach discomfort. We had few medication for the stomach which we use sometimes so it proved quite helpful  thankfully!

After the first four hours when bus entered to the giant , dry and extremely dangerous range of mountains from lush and beautiful towns laced with sparkling Indus river and it's varying songs and tunes changing with land escape ,it was drastic and honestly speaking quite irritating change for us. At the beginning i thought that it will last for a while and the green views will return .But it sustained for the whole next journey and i felt so disappointed because no video has shown this reality check :(

As road wrapped around the mountains like slithering snake i felt like our bus got stuck in deep well and running round and round in hope of the way out :( Yet i could have enjoyed it if wasn't feeling sick due to constant bumps ,twists and turns that would shake whole body like a string after each few moment . I am saying this because on the return i enjoyed same journey even i felt sick again but this time surprise element was eliminated.

Anyway bus reached in Hunza valley in 20 hours . It was 12pm almost so we decided to rest as we needed it pretty badly. In the evening when we woke up we felt better enough to get ready and have tea in the hotel lounge .It was single story hotel though it had what we value ,quiet environment ,nice service and beautiful view of famous mountain Raka Poshi . Most of the peaks of mountains around the valley were snow covered but Raka Poshi was most majestic and it's spiky peaks hidden below thick snow were looking breathtakingly beautiful ! I can't believe we enjoyed this view for four days :) Hunza valley is surrounded by dry mountains though but snow adds charm to their appearance no doubt which captivates your senses for long! Weather was so nice and cozy . Temperature remains below 20 and drops to single digits at night. But such friendly weather lasts for few summer months only and valley go to sleep under the heavy snow cover from December to to Feburary. According to one of our taxi driver there most of the people migrate  to lower parts of the country during these months and return in March or April when tourist season begins .

I will share more about our magical trip in next post dear friends . Now sharing some photos so you can be part of this awesome experience ! Hope they will give you idea of what we experienced there .

Hunza valley is one of most visited tourist attraction in Pakistan because of it's favorable weather and having many interesting tourist points . We visited almost all of them .Here we are standing on the roof of one of the two old forts dating back around 1100 years .Hunza has two royal forts Altit and Baltit ,we are on Altit , This photo is taken by the Guide who told us the story of two brothers who lived here which i will share next time hopefully.

stunning raka poshi mountain , i just wish i had some really powerful camera to capture it's beauty ,but i wonder if it too can catch it's true magic

This lovely shot is taken by elder son ,he adjusted it so beautifully i think :) i love his smile so much!

There was abundance of water in the valley because of glaciers on the mountains were melting .seeing water streams here and there was truly special and joyful experience ,we visited three lacks ,here sitting beside one of them , it was windy and cold but we enjoyed coffee as it was fresh and rare experience for us

before above came this lake ,smaller than that but really beautiful ,driver took us there and we stopped for a while to take snaps ,sunlight appeared for a short while and clouds took over the sky again afterwards immediately

our first evening on the hotel lounge ,you can see we were bit down because of exhaustion.

that is it for now my precious friends , now i am back i will be visiting to you asap inshallah!!!

Blessings toy you all ,please stay safe ,blessed and positive!

Life Isn't Linear But You Have To Go Through

Hello Sweet Hearts!

hope beating positively on the rhythm of life despite haphazard circumstances of life .

Dear friends even though i tried to keep visiting you all meanwhile i still missed sharing my heart with you via my post. Actually things went little upsetting in first three weeks for me ,first the health issue and regular visits to hospital ,then ...okay this part is not just painful but quite embarrassing for me :( As some of you know probably that taking medication makes brain slow . This was the reason for what happened and believe me it's not an excuse because i know how my mind would have acted otherwise . One day after the breakfast around 12 pm when news on tv ended and hubby put some talk show that we used to watch together since long time .Basically an interview show in which celebrities belong to different fields interviewed by well known and published poet and writer  Wasi Shaah. As we had planned outing later in evening i went to another room instead and start ironing my dress . Before that i put my ipad on charging in switchboard  in the wall close to the floor . I have just started when hubby asked me to bring the iron table in tv lounge so we can watch show together . I brough the iron table and placed right beside the sofa and plugged the iron in the switch board exactly where my ipad was below ,and it completely slipped from my hazy mind . Anyway my hands were ironing but mind was consumed by the story the guest was telling . At some point lost in emotions iron fell down right on my ipad :(((

yes it really happened and i was responsible ! The hard safety cover protected ipad from breaking into pieces but it's panel broke inside and showed vertical lines . I was shocked ,heartbroken and i hated myself for sometime not because i have lost my ipad but i felt failed to keep gift from my precious son safe !

Right next day to this accident hubby bought me Lenovo thinkpad ,maybe he thought that accident can make me sad for long time!

i was happy to have laptop (longtime dream to have personal) but it could not erase the grief for gift from my son honestly! We showed ipad and they shopman  said it can be fixed but eldest son said that it won't be original and that he will take it back and replace it with original panel.

Meanwhile we visited local parks and malls .

i am sharing some photos from those cheerful moment we spent together .hope you will enjoy them dear friends .

weather is hot but far less than one we left behind ,it rained few times. Monsoon seems late as rains are less than expected until now .

F 9 park in islamabad , elder son took this shot when we completed our walk 8,000 step total ,this stunning baradari (name of this structure) looked more majestic and mystic after sunset ,hills passing behind quietly look so serene and beautiful ,we enjoyed this view for while as breeze was so nice and cozy

Damn e koh (lap of hills) is hill top station 2400 feet high from the gorgeous city of Islamabad provide panoramic and rewarding view of the city ,sons standing close to the entrance and when i asked them to pose the said okay now we will reach to the viewing point after dark as mom has started to take photos

taken in Rwal Lake View park ,while walking along with huge crowed towards the lake i found this wooden railing fascinating and we took some images there

weather was cloudy and we were little early like around 4:30 pm still place was packed ,it the terrace area where people find there place and take pics with water and family and friends ,we just scrolled around ,my favorite is spending time beside water and i did it for sometime :)

younger son had some commitment regarding some project so we spent less time there than we usually do

after the walking track ( 300 to 500 meters ) we enter in another main gate where we see many visitors riding this train which drops them close to the terrace area , i saw it becomes very handy for people with little children and senior people who find walking bit hard .

damn e koh (lap of hill) has three widespread terrace areas where people enjoy the city view below and take photos , it was perfect day because rain has stopped and air was slightly chilly

Faisal Mosque captured by elder son with his apple phone looks magnificent ! he took many shots actually but i could scroll as it's time consuming job

seeing people taking break from the life 's never ending business and enjoying nature and togetherness makes me feel happy . it feels nice that people are being aware of the importance of  such healthy activities . it wasn't the case some years back .but change is slow but positive thankfully!

that is it for now precious friends!

i will be visiting you all time to time hopefully!

stay positive and strong ,health ,peace and happiness to you all and to all you love!

Earthquake , Health Issues, Heatwave In Europe And Gratitude

Hey Beautiful Souls!

Hope shining with grace and spreading your beauty and light to the world around you πŸ₯°

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your heartfelt and beautiful comments πŸ™ I really appreciate your encouragement and support.it uplift my spirits always and realisation that I am blessed with so many kind and caring friends brighten up my day πŸ₯ΉπŸ€—♥️

One thing I want to say that we are watching news regularly since Iran and America war began. And knowing about the heatwave in Europe,in France particularly is truly heartbreaking! Deaths of vulnerable people due to heat melt my heart with deep sorrow!!!

I complain about the extremely hot weather in southern Pakistan during summers. But no matter what our bodies have become habitual to it . I feel more sad for European friends who are not used to such terrible heat suffering because of this!

I wish and pray that this phase may end asap and weather may be better by the grace of GodπŸ™

When we arrive in Islamabad around two weeks ago weather was very nice and pleasant. But as July is knocking on the door days are getting too hot, enough to avoid outdoor activities. Even though air blows throughout the day yet sunlight is unbearable unlike two weeks back when we would walk in sunshine without getting sweaty. I am more concerned about muggy weather from mid July to till the end of the August πŸ˜”

But life goes on no matter what right?

Another utterly painful news was about recent earthquake in the venezuela !!!  There are no words to describe the pain and suffering my heart feels to see this!  Whenever we see in news that people are being rescued from underground it brings little relief to heart but knowing that thousands are still missing sounds horrible! Praying from the bottom of my soul may things be brighter and may darkness be erased by the grace of God!

We too received shakes of earthquake on  27 th June 6:35 pm. Magnitude was recorded 5.9  . Four of us were in different rooms, and all of us ran into tv lounge and shared what we felt. It was in news all over at night. Few old houses collapsed and few injuries were reported, nothing serious thankfully πŸ™

Such situations in life show uncertainty of life powerfully!

Still we try to move forward gratefully because whatever we have been given as life or in life is blessing and not our personal earningπŸ™

We will stay grateful for the relief God brought us by giving us opportunity to move here for two months at least πŸ™

Ok I have said in previous post that I will share about my health issues in next post so here I am. After arriving here in Few days ,one night I felt sick , it was like my head walls were pushing away by some kind of gas inside my head. I felt miserable and anxious, in some minutes hardly my whole face was feeling hot , and red dots like rising round things appeared on my face. Hubby seemed to feel anxious and worried more than me . He wanted to take me hospital immediately but I asked him to calm down and give me zyrtec (antihistamine) . He agreed when I insisted. Tablet gave me timely relief, enough to go to bed.

Next morning we went to the hospital after breakfast. The hospital is though government one but famous for its valid medical treatment. For me it has special value because when i was little girl around ten I guess  I would come to this hospital with my dear mother!  One of my mother’s relatives recommended that to her who lived in Islamabad. My mother visited here numerous times after that and went through three surgeries here. Back then all the surgeries and medicines well most of them were free of cost luckily. So I can say that God made this hospital a source for my mother to healthy and longer life. Otherwise maybe she would have died with tuberculosis or other complications!

Anyway, hospital and everything about it is changed now . Since population has increased greatly in these 36 years, there are no measures taken by the authorities to meet the rising demand of medicine and treatment. It was sad to see such a bad condition of everything in the hospital!

Yet people from all corners of the country come here because the thing they think of is that it’s government hospital at least and despite all the disorganisation and lack of the sense of empathy for patients they won’t be robbed like private hospitals.

My first two visits were lucky enough to see bit senior doctors ( mid thirties) . As I had skin problem so my first visit was to the dermatologist who prescribed me medicine but when I mentioned that I had stomach ulcer in my youth,he referred me to the gastroenterologist. There a lady doctor was very nice ( hardly thirty)

She said I lack blood and that I need two injections and one injection through the drip immediately. It took two hours. There was mess in self created wards by partitions. Nurse borrowed a portion of the bed to sit on while drip on my hand. After few minutes my head felt heavy but place was overflowing with patients and there attendants . It was ward for emergency patients who come for little time.

Worst part of this is that you can never meet the same doctor. Hospital is packed with fresh medical students who have completed their degree and come to join as interns . No senior doctors are nurses available for serious treatment!

In my third visit to the hospital another doctor wrote some tests . All of them are done except endoscopy that is due after two weeks. Rest of the story will go further after that. I will keep sharing with you dear friends ! Actually when I mentioned that I had stomach ulcer and according to dermatologist current skin issue can be related to it , the younger lady doctor said that she can’t agree on previous diagnosis and treatment because ulcer can’t be caught in ultrasound. So endoscopy is very important and everything depends on the results.

I am taking medicine given by both dermatologist and gastroenterologist, I can see that they are working thankfully!

Yet I am bit concerned about what happened that night. Because the feeling in my head I felt is unforgettable honestly and I am looking forward to what comes out in results of endoscopy.

I have faith in God and hope is my strength dear friends!

Please stay safe and cool and healthy! Thinking of you all with love and prayers πŸ™♥️

Trip To Norway By Eldest Son And Gabi To Attend The Master’s Ceremony Of Sofie !

Hey Beautiful Souls!

Hope shining and rising with all your grace and beauty ♥️

I am fine by the grace of God !

We are having blessed times in Islamabad. Our apartment is very comfy and cozy and lots of windows which bring breeze to freshen up our day. Weather is perfect which keeps us on move. Though muggy and airless days are coming from mid July and outdoors activities can be difficult, yet we are enjoying the moment in our hand blissfully right now πŸ₯Ή

Our eldest son and Gabi visited Norway last week for three days. He went to attend the award ceremony on the completion of  Sofie’s masters . After arriving in Norway they spent first day in Sofie’s home in the city. And next day they went to live in Sofie’s parents beach house. Photos are taken on various occasions meanwhile.i hope you will enjoy them as we did♥️

Sofie is very nice and active young lady, eldest son admires her strength and insight in her lifestyle, here both are having tea most probably as I can see two cups full of coffee or tea there , I believe this stunning sitting place is designed beautifully for this purpose only πŸ₯° this is Sofie’s home and when eldest son shared this picture it was 9:30pm . I think this is the season when sun doesn’t set for six months in Norway. It’s such a happening sight for people like me who can’t imagine sun shine in night time πŸ€—πŸ€”πŸ«’

It’s day when both couples left to attend the master’s ceremony.

On right is standing Sofie’s husband, very smart ,intellectual man . He has done PHD in some very important subject ( forgive me for forgetting his name and details as right now I am under the effect of new medication, details in next post )

I want to congratulate dear Sofie who by the grace of God has achieved so much in such a young age mashallah! She is in her mid twenties and she has completed her masters degree already. And she has such a lovely family of loving husband and cute child mashallah ! Our heartfelt prayers and best wishes for her future accomplishments πŸ€žπŸ™♥️

I loved her smile, I felt very touched when eldest was having online time with us ,she appeared and said hello and few lines which showed her sweet nature and beautiful heart πŸ₯°

I noticed wind was quite strong when they were walking around, I think they are trying to say that strong wind is blowing them away, I assumed that because it reminded me our walk to school in my childhood days and wind would push us back when we were on the peek of the hills, sometimes we would wide spread arms while laughing

Eldest son appreciates how dear Gabi can’t sit idly and likes to participate whatever is going on in the house. I see she is helping to set the table for everyone to enjoy meal ☺️

It’s fun to play board and card games, specially to avoid the waiting time until food is ready or after the meal when you want to enjoy nice gathering of friends and family instead anything else. I truly miss such special family times before the internet was here to disperse everything 😏

Can you see how serious both kids are, if such seriousness was shown in world matters like climate change or wars things would have been different I believe

Eldest son and Gabi are going to the sea side here , a clip next to it shows that eldest son swam in the water which I believe was very cold and I don’t know how he could go in such cold water.Gabi couldn’t dare though and sat on a side instead waiting for him

Eldest son told that Norway is very beautiful, and when snow is gone, earth is decorated with greenery and pretty flowers

Red boat floating on the water looks like a hope rising in broken heart πŸ₯Ή

I wonder where this lovely couple is heading and what is this fenced slopy step case

Both are sitting before the beach houses and I think Gabi is trying to show something on palm ,maybe a butterfly, it reminds me time who flies by smoothly ,it’s moments fly away like a butterfly one after another and all remains back is colour of them shining on our palm!

Another gorgeous shot by dear Sofie, sky ,water and flowers all beautiful gestures of nature πŸ₯°

This one is captured beautifully! A perfect moment of  the evening right sun goes down quietly after exhausting day and night spread her calming shawl on the face of sky full of glittering stars πŸ₯Ή though here a thin layer of clouds has covered the stars for a while. It’s a wonderful sight!

Two friends having conversation over the deck and the cute pet is enjoying the beauty and perfection of this moment.

This photo looks like a stunning piece of art to me ,timing is magical which captivates the whole scenario to perfection♥️

This lovely arrangement of flowers reminds of dancing people in the circle on various occasions and festivals, do you see such dance is obvious in so many aspects of the nature. For example arrangements of petals around the pistil , solar system or particles in the atom ,this is called dance of life and seems to have no end

Friendship is such a beautiful and unique relationship in which we choose our friends on the basis of  true love and respect we feel for each other. A gravity of common interests and shared feelings. Our sincere tendency to support each other in good and bad times!  This lovely photo touches my heart and I feel grateful for all the love and affection eldest son shares with precious people in his life ♥️πŸ₯ΉπŸ™

Heartfelt thanks for being with me till the end dear friends πŸ™

Your kindness and support fills me with joy and new strength and make me keep sharing with you my life and my feelings πŸ₯Ή

Sending love and prayers to you all and to all you love!!!
