Who Controls your Personality ?

It's sunny day today and even though my body is confined in a house ,my soul can feel the vibration of utter joy earth felt .The soothing sunlight falling on views looks like a mother giving her child a healing hug. Hubby told that more cloudy weather and light rain are expected at the end of this week(31 January today) .

Update on 4th of February.

When i sit alone for while during kitchen break, i like to watch(if power available luckily) any knowledgeable video to make best of available free time. Few days ago when i was making quick scroll i found this one kind of much   awaited video  because it had information that we all needed today badly whether knowingly or unknowingly and the level of shared information was more comprehensible .I think even we try to figure out things in many ways but we succeed only when we approach to the root cause of the issue. This ten minutes video is worth watching if you are interested in fixing your issues regarding random feeling you deal with in daily life. Most of our such feelings are originated in our stomach you will learn this.

Please share your valuable thought to add into my poor account so i can learn how you felt same how your life was effected with what you had last night ?

Keep taking great care of yourself friends !

Blessings to all !

  1. That is a complicated question. I am sure there are several different things to influence your personality. It is always interesting to find out that you are just like Auntie Helen or whoever in the family. So maybe it is all laid out in the genes. Although, I think we do learn ways of dealing with life from our own parents while growing up. This doesn't mean you will exactly as they are because we choose to love or hate those situations. And yes, some of us just become very good actors with life and we go on..somehow.
Personally, I feel we go through cycles. Certain situations can throw us off. Envy might be the cause. Perhaps thinking of the past. Or it could be being put off by the other person you are dealing with or situation.
Being positive is always great and yet the reality is finding solutions. Being rational. And of course, being ready and as they say (from living in Texas) don't get rattled. & let us not forget that British quote "Keep Calm and Carry On".
Of course, we have to keep doing, learning, communicating, finding our joy, taking care of our health, being kind. And if you get that rhythm down dancing through life...Perhaps you'll get to know yourself too.

    1. thanks dear Ellie for wonderful respond .such kindness strengthen my appetite for sharing .
i agree it is really hard to find out truth behind word "i" or me because when close eyes and listen to yourself all we find is indefinable and hugs buzzing of various numerous thoughts among which choosing what exactly you are is difficult . i have to say that meditation provides enormous to clear this fogy state and filter "you" out of it ,but it must be on regular bases and forever because this is best known way until now to approach yourself.
Life is bundle of random ups and downs and we develop mentality to relate with situations according to personal experience. What is right for us must be the only choice but it becomes a slippery slope when we have weaker focus which make us vulnerable to distractions .
to take control of your personality from all kinds of distraction all we need is strong focus and awareness of what is actually good for us.
in my life meditation has brought huge change and all the inner changes i was able to make were possible only when i could recognize "myself " among crowed of thoughts shouting within my head .rest has become less hard afterwards by the grace of God !

  2. I think I was born a happy person. Being treated as an adored soul the happiness was re-enforced. All the little critters in my stomach must be happy makers too.

    1. delightful :)))
      thanks dear Emma !
i was too very lucky that my parents not just loved but appreciated me as their elder daughter specially when we lived together ,all the strength that i feel inside is originated in those moments when my parents love was wrapped around me like a grace of creator !

i was extra fortunate to receive love from relatives and elderly people from my village back then that made early life quite fascinating back then .i am thankful for love from teachers and principal of our school that awaked little confidence in me and i could take my writing skill serious for the first time .love is biggest gift no doubt and i hardly wanted anything else in my life because for me this is the most important part of life without which life is barren.

  5. This is a difficult question to answer completely, Baili, but a very good one you have presented. I think that personality is shaped by many things, upbringing, environment, family, friends...so many different things. And I also think a person's attitude has a lot to do with their personality.

And, Baili, my blogger friend, thank you very much for the birthday well wishes and for letting me know that you found the changed font harder to read. While, it's always nice to try something "new", I do appreciate being told that it's not "better" and so I have changed to a more common font vs. one of the Google add-ons which I had used previously.

  6. Dear Baili – I’ve watched a documentary program on TV which tells us our intestine is our second brain. Let’s eat healthy so that we can feed beneficial gut bacteria, not harmful ones. Both of them affect our physical health as well as mental health.

  10. A lot of research is emerging on the impact of microbes in your gut. I know eating a healthy diet helps improve your gut biota. ~ actually a healthy diet helps a lot of things! I was particularly interested on the possible tie-ins with ALS and Parkinson's Disease.. We had one friend die fairly quickly after being diagnosed with ALS, and I have a good friend who has just moved into assisted living because of the progression of Parkinson's Disease. Both are terrible diseases, and any hopeful approach is worth pursuing. Thanks for sharing this video, Baili! Have a healthy and cool week, my friend. Love and blessings to you and your family!

    1. this is really hopeful dear Louise that scientific research is opening our eyes and letting us know where the root of health issues lies actually because we seek solution outside mostly and it hardly helps to solve it but more issues rise in form of side effects .
i am sorry that two cases you had to observe in close friends .i too have witnessed one case of Parkinson disease in one of my mom's relative .i was in early teens when i would go to take milk in their house and the elderly man's 'hands would stay straight and shaken all the time .i just looked explanation for the ALS term which is also a nerve disorder .

  11. I like to think that it is a combination of heart and mind.
    Is it?
    I don't know for sure.

  12. it is i think because this is what they say Pedro ,heart is emotions and mind is intelligence overall so basically first we have to strengthen our focus to take charge of both i think so can keep balance

  13. Há vários factores que controlam a nossa personalidade. O que é mais importante é a emoção que pomos em tudo o que fazemos.
    Tudo de bom.

  14. Hi Baili! ♥ I saw another video where a doctor was discussing this topic. That gut health is the key to mental health and personality issues. It's super fascinating, but honestly makes complete sense to me!
