It Is Miracle In Your Hand

It is a beautiful day out there breezy with enchanting sunlight that provokes to be grateful and smile for no reason .

Did i say for no reason ? Hope does not sounds ungrateful . Of course we do have millions of reasons all the time for being grateful to Divine including life ,health ,family and so on ....

With age my love for sun and it's light is growing enormously and i am thankful i have ability to look at him and feel how precious it is for whole humanity and life on our planet !

I have not been feeling well since long time. As i have mentioned in old posts that i feel feverish and body ache once in a while for which i have been relying on Panadol for  long until few years back doctor asked me stop as it is bad for heart and increase uric acid as well . Now when i feel such issue i try to avoid taking pills but wait if it can go away with rest or so. If it does not i take only one tablet during daytime only and that is it . Though later few time fever was  diagnosed as typhoid or malaria when tested. So almost two weeks back when i felt same "feverish" feelings" i ran to doc but test showed up Negative.

You can think that i should wait for feeling feverish turn into to actual fever but it had not happen previously when i took one tablet daily for week because i just felt down and feverish ,my pulse was not showing any sign (hubby can tell by checking pulse whether it is fever or not "

After negative result of test i took panadol inevitably  for some days again which gave rise to knee pain .It makes me feel tired which i hate.

I was reading Louise 's latest post today in which she mentioned her inability to get out of the bed in the morning because of the lack of motivation . I think we all deal with such difficulties time to time with age. Health issues complicate things more .

What i want to point out here is that i have learnt from many books and videos throughout so many years (two decades almost) that we all need to overcome such problem which occurs because our brain gets weak and it's energy drops. It is scientifically proven that Meditation is only thing that helps us to take control of our  mind. Regular and consistent Meditation makes brain connection strong and keeps them reproduce well and strengthen their ability to focus.

I have seen this miracle happening in my own life when i was heartbroken badly after my father's death (which i wasn't informed by my sister) and then within six months or so i lost my mom too.

In such dark times when i had stated to feel alienated ,broken and lost ,it was only meditation who pulled me out the well of despair and sorrow . It made me better and faster at learning ,reading and understanding anything .I was better wife ,mother and relative because i got energy to invest everywhere. The energy that belonged to me and was always there but was withered and not composed or useable .

Only regular and constant meditation did this to me .

There are millions of videos and books that offer teach how to meditate but believe me even shortest video will help if you are willing to do it.

Opening Third eye is a way that help us to keep balance between mind and brain because both provide physical view of reality around us but Third eye provides middle way to link them both equally instead leaning at one side .

Sorry if post is long dear Friends . it hurts to see any friend dealing with depression which is handle able if we try correct option .

health ,peace and joy to you all and to all you love !

Father, thank you for you goodness and kindness to us. I ask for healing for Baili, forgiveness for her sister not telling her about her Dad (what pain), and joy for her and her family. Please release the fever from her, heal her in every way. In Jesus' name, Amen.

  3. As you know I am not a depressed person. I have had losses of loved ones that I lived through and I treasure the memories I hold of each of them. If meditation is what helps you it is a good thing. Please know that I care.

    1. I might have not encountered with sudden depression if that would have not happened to me dear Emma.
What I felt was weightless ,clueless and greatly disappointed because I am kind of person who wanted only thing in life and it was love of family and such dark incident shaked me to the bone .
I am hundred percent sure that without meditation I would have gone under depression for whole life and medication would have took over most of me.

  4. Sometimes medication does more harm than good. Depression brought on by medication is unnecessary.

  5. Yes, I agree that meditation and mindfulness are great at reducing stress and making us feel mentally, emotionally and physically better! It has worked for me at several hard points in my life. I think the key to it is slowing down, being in a peaceful and quiet space, and focusing solely on the present, not on the past or future.

Thank you so much for your kind words about my kingfisher watercolour! I would love to give the painting to you as a gift (it is not very large [9" x 12"] and is painted on watercolour paper). If you would like to receive it in the mail, please send me your mailing address at my private email which is shewhoseeks@gmail.com and I will put it in the post to you.

No matter how intense and dark is situation just few deep breaths revolutionise whole being. Meditation is way to achieve balance of both sides of our existence physical and spiritual.

  7. It amazing to find out from somene who you thought you knew so well, to find out their long suffering. Of course, I have gone to many doctors who don't listen. And I get to the point of why tell them anything. Recently, I did let slip while I was at the hospital where I had to get blood work that I would have a panic attack if I got on the elevator alone. I don't like small spaces. And the door I generally used on the stairwell was locked. Thankfully, it was just stuck and finally I got to where I needed to be.

But we do need to know our body. Yet finding to figure out what is wrong isn't always something that's going to come back as a lab result.

Thanks so much for your post (✿◡‿◡)

    1. dear Ellie thank you always for sharing your experience ,this is really appreciated and fulfils the purpose of reason why i share something to my blogger friends so thank you again my sweet friend !
i think i can relate little bit to certain type of " fear "or Phobia i suffered as well . i had not seen sea in my entire life until some six to seven years ago our eldest son made us visit to beach in Karachi . the fear i had been feeling for deep water occupied my heart strongly for whole life .But it was my meditation who made my mind healthy and normal enough so when i went into water i was walking in it confidently and happily and it was unforgettable and beautiful to be there . i felt so blessed that i was not confined in same old phobia of deep water anymore which made trip so enjoyable . my meditation took away all the rabbit holes of fear and i believe it can work for anyone who does it with same level of devotion and surrenders to goodness of God ,try to feel what he has and how it can be enough for being content and happy at present moment .
as for as doctor concerned i reached on same conclusion as you because no doctor listen nor he or she cares .world has become a mad place where most of the people are running after money and with this attitude they have forgotten their humanity and sense of responsibility .
i strongly recommend you to try this it will surly work for you as believe it or not it liberates you from depression that provides base to many diseases and it has worked for me miraculously as well and i got rid of many health issues that i felt will turn into bad in future

  11. I'm sorry to hear that you suffer so frequently. And regarding your reaction after the deaths of both parents - grief is a powerful thing. It is often overwhelming. Losing two close members of your family would make everything twice as bad. Meditation, for me, offers a way to rest my mind. It sounds like you have become very good at it and I understand why it helped you.

  12. thanks dear Jenny ,it is such a joy to hear from you !
i am slowly how health is affected with age ,environment ,food and above all "how we feel " since age is something completely out of control and more often changing environment is not an option ,what remain in my own hand is food and mindset so i have been learning how to tackle both of them . As you said almost sudden deaths of parents are devastating ,i will add for daughters specially who were much attached with parents and consciously or unconsciously waited for time when they can stay close and serve them . Life did not gave me chance but shattered with unexpected .This took away all my livelihood and cheerfulness and for long i felt something heavy was placed on my chest which made breathing hard .
i tried to get lost in business and took teaching job for two years but whenever i was alone troubled thoughts rushed to me . I left job for other reasons but this gave me space and time to meditate for one to two hours daily . I did this because i truly wanted to get myself together and be better in all house matters and life decisions . It too almost 11 to 13 years that i felt quite changed and better person .my memory got better and confidence enhanced . focus was better which helped me read books with good speed . the dimness in my my eyesight disappeared and my food choice improved .my focus helped me to get better sleep as well and so on .
i think simple yoga steps and meditation must be essential for preschooler so children can adopt healthy mind set from start

    1. This is such a testament to the power of the mind. I agree about teaching children these skills when they are very young. I think it is just as important as the other tools they are given for life. I seem to remember reading about a local school that is doing exactly that. I hope they keep it up. So many children these days are suffering from stress at an early age and it is a worry for their parents as to how they can help them. I still feel very stressed myself by life events and you have made me realize I must do more meditation to try to get control over this. Thank you my friend.

  13. dear Jenny this seems really strange that we try to run after after all the dreams wishes that we think build up our life on happiness but we forget the most important thing our own most important tool given to do so . even in this era full of information and knowledge only some people take it seriously and refine their personalities with the help

  14. help of meditation or yoga . when i try to peak reason behind it i realize it is just laziness on the one hand and on the second hand is we fear to loose the taste of life that we used to live since long because living mindlessly has become horrible addiction for us and we enjoy to dwell on very first level of our intelligence ,taking it to higher level requires some effort which we don't want to put .
to be honest we are happy to be flawed (which is not bad as human being i admit) but the price we pay for mistakes is heavy sometimes .as you said that stress anxiety and depression is springing in younger generation .i see how much competition in all kind of schools or other places where we have to face others who feel they are better than us only because they have some luxury which we don't .such situations turn sever and consequences are irreparable. adults are also not exception and most of us have to rely on medication which gives more harm than relief .we need to make policy so our basic schooling can include such meditations on primary and regular bases. Healthy and strong mind is only thing which can face new age's issues and complications attentively .i am sure within few years our societies will bear fruit of this effort and negative mindset that causes stress and crime will decrease to quite point if not disappear
