Hello Dear Friends !!!
That spark had suddenly brought
World of joy long ago , she lost
In the past those cheerful noise
Made teary her weak old eyes!
She dropped her head against chair
Heart peeled all memories layers
Soul called for mother's lap
who gone now beyond the gap
Where is finger of father's hand
Holding which learnt walking on land
Hope and pray that all of you are blooming like fragrant flowers in your marvelous world through your goodness and virtues .
Weather has took little dramatic turn here and winter who was leaving smoothly has looked back to say her last good bye to our area.It is 11am and 20c today.
After last few days cloudy weather sun has shown his sharp shiny face though but cool wind is decreasing the effect of sunshine. In my yard the seasonal flower have spread their lovely colorful smiles all around me and i am overwhelmed by the deep sense of gratitude a s who knows in next winters i will be here to see all these delightful views again or will be gone to the world next to the life [ every moment becomes special and priceless when you think it could be last of your's]
Today i am sharing few blooms of my front yard and little effort of poetry.Hope you will like it.
Pink rose my valentine gift from hubby!
It rained heavily last night
Very thick was sheet of dark
Views scared under lightening spark
While sitting near fire place
Many thoughts on her glowing face
wind and trees had great fight
Sleepless, as wanted to talk
On window, heard branch's knock
Land harvested water crops!
absorbed in her heart the showering drops
Very thick was sheet of dark
Views scared under lightening spark
While sitting near fire place
Many thoughts on her glowing face
That spark had suddenly brought
World of joy long ago , she lost
In the past those cheerful noise
Made teary her weak old eyes!
She dropped her head against chair
Heart peeled all memories layers
Soul called for mother's lap
who gone now beyond the gap
Where is finger of father's hand
Holding which learnt walking on land
[this is another building not my yard]

ReplyDeleteHave a delightful week, dear Baili!
Hello Baili, that was a most lovely poem. I also really enjoyed seeing those beautiful flowers. The gorgeous roses and also the cosmos - with their delicate little hairy like leaves.
ReplyDeleteCheers to you :D)
Hi Baili.
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful pictures.
The snow is still melting here in New York. The temperature here is has been varying fro around 0 to 15 degrees Celsius. I cannot wait until spring!
Have a great week!
You are enjoying every minute and notice the beauty around you. Inspiring, Baili!
ReplyDeleteThose flowers are so pretty ☺
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLovely flowers! I wish we had them at this time of year, but soon the snowdrops will peek there heads above the ground
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed your beautiful flowers and poem!
ReplyDeleteI like the way you use personification for the sun and winter. It makes things very descriptive. But honestly, 20 C is a winter day??? Today I have minus 5 C!!!
ReplyDeleteYour poem is lovely, and mixed with the gorgeous pictures of your flowers, really paints a lovely picture! It is so nice to see such pretty flowers as an introduction to spring! It will be a while yet before we see happy blooms here, it is snowing again today :) Hugs to you!
ReplyDeleteThe pictures were wonderful but your words are so visual. "wind and trees had great fight". How many times have we all witnessed that but not had such simple words to paint the picture so clearly? Well done.
ReplyDeleteThat pink and white stripy rose is really spectacular!!

Your poem is delightful, baili! I am always impressed by how much you get across in a few simple words, like Arkansas Patti said above. I liked the same line she chose! Well done. And the flowers are beautiful.

All the best Jan
Lovely post dear!
ReplyDeleteLoved the poem. All my favorite flowers, too.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful post, Baili! The poem and photos work brilliantly together. We are finally getting some cooler mornings here and I'm so happy. I just hope the dreadful heat doesn't decide to turn around and revisit us. Our Autumn officially starts on March 1st.
