Hello precious Fellows!
Hope and pray that all of you are having beautiful time with your families .
I missed all of you so much as on the insistence of my eldest son we had to come to Karachi where summers are less crucial due it's nearness to the Arabian sea i think .After my surgery my son was very concerned about my healing process which could be affect negatively by extreme heat in city where i live [Khairpur ] ,So he insisted and invited us to spend few weeks with him until i cross initial stage of healing atleast..
On 2nd June we arrived in Karachi and i was quite pampered by my son and whole family which made me cry sometime [yes, tears of gratitude ofcourse].
This weekend we visited to the sea and spent almost three amazing hours at the beach ,glorious experience indeed :)
I am sharing few photos of this beautiful day below hope you will like them .
It was 5 pm when we reached at beach ,wind was humid but pleasant ,people were enjoying playing with waves and camel or small four wheel rides that help people to reach out of sandy area of the beach .my first photo was this one .
We spent almost hour among waves , but i felt need to sit somewhere then and my son asked us to walk towards dating point .
Heading to the dating point before us. Lots of people were enjoying view from above but we preferred sitting on rocks and next hours proved that it was great decision as we had great time and observed waves closely which were growing stronger as sun was setting .
I felt tired and wanted to sit ,this weakness is irritating believe me for workaholic person like me.
View of beach from dating point
Sitting finally and felt relaxed ,spent tow beautiful hours here ,talked ,sang ,laughed and my younger son tried hard to teach my eldest son how to whistle but he could learn only a little lol.
Took this pic before leaving at 7 45 pm evening , we stood still ,heard the whispers of waves and felt the restlessness of sea .we said goodbye with our last look at it and left .
Hope to see you very soon my friends ,next week hopefully we will be leaving for our city back ,I visit your lovely places whenever find time ,today managing to give a quick post .
Take great care dear fellows ,stay positive ,happy and strong to turn everything better for you and your surroundings! God Bless You All!!!

Um beijo.
I go to the beach here, Baili, but here are no camels, sadly.
ReplyDeleteThere is something energizing about the beach!
How wonderful of your son to invite you to his cooler city for recuperation! I'm glad you're starting to feel better now, although I'm sure your energy levels will still take some more time to recover. Best wishes!
ReplyDeleteSo glad that you were able to go to an area less humid. A change of scene,i.e. to be by the sea must have been good for you especially as you were with your family. Lovely photos of your family and of the beach with those camels and small cart to ride in. The seaside is an invigorating environment. Wishing you a continued good recovery.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely break for you, you deserve it and you have a wonderful son.

ReplyDeleteIt is nice your son wants to take care of you and see you are entertained.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you are spending your convalescence in a cooler place, and it must be nice to see your oldest son for an extended visit, too. The ocean is beautiful, isn't it? I love your description of the ocean as being restless; a very apt word to use. Be well, baili - enjoy the time left with your son!
ReplyDeleteInteresting post my dear, thank you for sharing :-)

How wise your son was, Baili, to insist that you leave your home and go to the beach. While your body may have been tired, your spirit was refreshed being surrounded with the love and caring of your family.
ReplyDeleteHello Dear Baili, you're blessed with such a loving family. To be near the sea with its beautiful healing properties ... just by inhaling the good sea air... would have done you the world of good. How lovely for you.

ReplyDeleteDear Baili - You’re blessed to have a wonderful family including such a generous and kind son. As sun wanes, evening beach is refreshing. Sound of waves, sea breeze, the immensity of the sea… would soothe you both mental and physical for sure. Hope you feel much much better now. Nice to see the lovely photos of you as well as the beach scenes.

Lovely photos, dear Baili! I hope the fresh ocean air helped to recover and you get back your energy soon. :-) Hugs!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful family you have and how fortunate for you all to be together on this magnificient holiday. How thoughtful of your son to want you to heal with the sea air and the warm sun. You are looking wonderfully alive and happy.
ReplyDeleteDearest Baili, what beautiful photos! It looks like a great time!
ReplyDeleteHow happy I was to hear that your son insisted you rest and recover in cooler Karachi! Your pictures are fascinating because they show me a part of the world I have rarely seen. The view of the beach from Dating Point is so different from the ocean that I am familiar with, and the camels are exciting and exotic to me. Best of all are the pictures of you and your handsome family. You are truly blessed, my friend.
