The Oldest Version Of You Is Within ...

 

During first month of the Homeopathic treatment i avoided doing my yoga exercise which made me feel dull .I did this on purpose because i thought i must observe how medicine solely is working for me without any other external support . Extreme heat was the second reason to skip physical exercise actually. But i am trying to start it back and adding slowly few steps back in y daily routine . It's just third day and i am feeling like i have taken my head out of the cave and am able to take breath properly. It's miraculous undoubtedly how little physical work out can transform our perspective!

I felt little dull and depressed when i skipped exercise which made me search for some videos dealing with how depression takes control of our real selves. Yes we often forget that like everything else in the world we humans too are made up of two types of energy Yin and Yang or in other words Negative and Positive . But in philosophy of human soul they are called "conscious mind " and Subconscious Mind"

Physical brain of conscious mind is 70 percent of our thinking self and responsible for current surviving functions and skills where on the other hand Subconscious Mind is only 30 percent of our thinking self and lies within our stem embryonic stem cells . Despite being thirty percent visibility Subconscious mind has far greater roll in shaping our life by influencing our Conscious mind which seems larger otherwise . If read some nice book on embryonic stem cell one can find how obvious it is that our Subconscious mind is actually something lot  and lot older than  body we live in. It belongs to times when "soul" had no outfit of the body. So Subconscious mind is oldest version of our true selves . It has our long rooted nature installed within that travelled to us through our ancestors in millions of the years. In short all the anxiety ,depression or stress we feel throughout the daily life is because of the lack of understanding between both minds,  conscious stern alert and active mind  and the wiser, relaxed and carefree subconscious mind both try to confront the situations in their own way which make us feel exhausted .

Think of  Sub conscious mind as hand who is holding the puppet. The puppet is Conscious mind, he is passionate about character he is playing and anxious to keep everything in control, but the Hand  holding it is cool and cares less what is necessary for timely measures because He has different level of insightfulness and knows everything will follow it's pattern naturally and will fall on it's place eventually. We face this inner quarrel throughout the life. Sometimes one looses and other wins but we suffer anyway. The only thing which can help us to take control of this situation is Meditation. It brings harmony between both minds and above everything else it make us sit on super position from where we as "self aware one" can keep eye on both sides and decide to listen whom more when and why. No other way is available honestly .

  1. Oh yes, our subconscious mind ("the inner voice") knows exactly who we are, even when our conscious mind is unaware or in denial. I have experienced this in my own life several times! Another reason why we should always listen to truths told to us by our inner voice.

      with time and age i have realized that life is nothing more than constant encounter between both minds .each tries to apply what He thinks is right the only difference is that for conscious mind decision are made on present momentary reasons but for the Subconscious mind things are totally different and He is able to see things on higher and broader vision .Sometimes or most of the times honestly It can be confusing for person to choose what to listen and what to avoid so here comes the roll of meditation which provide us seat separate than Both minds (miraculously and beyond my understanding yet it is true ) and make us able to analyze and select what is best for us .

    1. it was frustrating not being able to contact with them dear Marie
      our internet went off for more than three hours again when i published my post yesterday and even now when i sat for responding to comments it went off again but came after ten minutes .the workmen we called to check told that device has no issue but it can be wire which disconnects due to weak connection ,but sadly on checking wire they say they could not locate where the connection is loose .so we are still in dark what to do next actually

    1. dear Ellie first of all it rained here today and day got cooler in the afternoon by the grace of God :) we are really grateful for the grace of God!
      yoga changed my life forever since one decade almost and my way to look at life and everything is transformed for better .i am really happy God showed me way when it was needed most

    yoga is life savior undoubtedly for me as far i know
    Subconscious Mind is considered "soul" by scientist but they cannot use the word due to avoid controversy ,we humans seem so stupid that we deny what our Mind approves instantly .everything we see is created with perfection and for purpose and yet we question presence of Higher power .in my opinion we do this to avoid responsibility that comes along this certain acknowledgement only which is really sad and bad for us

  7. I don't believe you mentioned if you are still taking the medicine. I would guess there must be a way to combine the two. Then you will be a superwoman.

      yes i am doing course of homeopathic medication for the first time in my life and what i feel is great because it is although making my head heavier for a while but adjusting gas within my body so amazingly which keeps me out of trouble on many levels .do you believe that i feel very active physically after such long time since this medication is working for me by the grace of God!
      being single woman in the household is tough even i feel so grateful my eldest son has supported me lot by gifting automatic washing machine few years back !

  8. Glad u are feeling better and i always think of the saying use it or lose it. At 73 gag...I keep that in mind when I'm out walking or hiking . I also love Taichi which I follow some accounts on instagram and other execises to keep mobility. One thing I make sure to do every day is spend my mornings in meditation and contemplation. All of this helps to keep a peaceful mind (maybe not all the time, lol) but especiallyl during the times stress invites us to mingle with it. Your posts are always educational and interesting. Hope you continue on feeling good.

      i have seen tiachi moves on movies only or in videos and they look so divine and deep rather than just physical movement honestly .i would love try it someday . meditation is only way to control most powerful energy of the universe within us the energy of our mind and i am so happy you are trying to do so regularly . it has made great difference in y life on all levels believe me and this is the only reason i share this on my blog time to time because i truly want to point out to my precious kind friends that they can do wonders by adding meditation in their routine because life becomes composed and in peace of mind once we start it sincerely.

    Exercise is important throughout our life, although we often have to make adjustments to suit our age or illness. I think Yoga is popular with many.
