Photos Of Trip to Istanbul By My Eldest Son

Hello precious friends!

Hope all is good with you by the grace of God!

Leaving to karachi to meet our younger son who could not join us because of his exams. Our eldest son is with us for the month by the grace of Allah! Sharing some images of my eldest son's recent trip to Turkey with his childhood friend ( primary school) Dilawer who had been an inspiration for him either due to his early earning skills. Dilawer has been working as online freelancer since he was in middle school. Unlike most of the youth here he started to earn quite early and have invested it very well.My son adore him for his sense of self relience .They both share taste for games, shows and travel as well and according to my son it was one of the best vist to Turkey with where they explored Istanbul and Izmir and  tasted many meaty food together. My son drove from Istanbul to Izmir to practice his driving as he recentlyreceived his licence in London.

See you soon.!
Health peace and happiness to all!

  1. I visited Izmir in the mid 1990's. This took me on a little trip down memory lane. Thanks! 😀 That food looks delicious. The architecture in the last few photos looks like Istanbul. Is that the Blue Mosque? I am going to look it up because I am not sure the Blue Mosque is the correct name. Let me see...officially called the Sultan Ahmed Mosque. I knew there was another name.

Your sons get to travel the world. What an adventure!

    1. Oh thank you dear Sandi for sharing your memories. No it is not blue mosque which I thought it was but my eldest son told it was newer and smaller. Turkey has European beauty Istanbul particularly I guess. We often explore it through Turkish dramas and it feels really attractive actually.
I feel grateful as parents that our son has been blessed with many opportunities that one can dream of by the grace of God

  13. That is wonderful, Baili! Good friends getting together and celebrating life. I think one of the best things in life for anyone, and especially for young people, is to travel to different areas. You learn a lot about life and other cultures. It opens your mind and expands your knowledge and wisdom. It's the greatest classroom! Thank you for sharing all the lovely images. I hope you are well, my dear friend.

  15. What very handsome men! We've been to Turkey a couple of times and it awed us each time. We loved Pamukkale's thermal waters. I had no idea there was so much to see there.

  16. Hi, Baili! How fun to see your son enjoying a trip to Turkey with his friend Dilawer. It's great that your son is traveling and exploring the world. This is the time to do it before he carries more responsibilities on his shoulders. You must be so proud of all that he has accomplished.

I did a double take when I saw the hot springs, because they reminded me of Yellowstone National Park. Which hot springs are these in Turkey? I didn't know the country had hot springs like this.

I'm sure you and Ali are thrilled to have your son home for a month. And kudos to your son for getting his driver's license. That will give him a sense of freedom and independence.

Driving for me in the past year has been very difficult, and I've been limited to a three or four mile radius from our home. My eyes are improving a lot because of the series of drug infusions I'm taking. I'll be finished in mid-February, and I'm looking forward to being able to drive farther.

I'm sure you'll have a great time in karachi with your family all together. Enjoy the holidays together! Hugs and love to you and your family, my special friend!
