I hope that you are finished with your medication, and feeling perkier now. Like you, I struggle to sleep more than six hours a night, and I rarely take naps. Meanwhile my husband has a nap every day, sleeps seven or eight hours a night, and falls asleep as soon as his head hits the pillow. Argh! I wish I was a person who is an easy and long sleeper.

No matter what you are facing, you always take the time to inspire others and lift them up through your posts. I really agree with what you wrote: "Life is so short and very unpredictable, so wasting it in haters and negativity is just a stupidity." It's an important observation on life; but even though I know it, I sometimes sink into negativity. I won't go into the details, but late November and all of December was a tough time for me. I almost stopped blogging because I was so discouraged, and I didn't write a word until January 3rd. I'm doing better now, and I keep reminding myself that life is a gift, and I must enjoy and be grateful for every day. Blessing to you, my friend!Fundy Bluehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02132147630106183853noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309826816742200785.post-35027077189301166702017-11-30T20:02:39.499-08:002017-11-30T20:02:39.499-08:00Oh, that would be so difficult to take medication ...Oh, that would be so difficult to take medication that makes you sleepy! Sometimes this can take a few months but it's often what happens.
In the meantime, very good wishes for your improved health. I am tired around 10-11pm and I'm up by 7am. Alex is a night owl though, he sometimes gets insomnia and only falls asleep when I'm getting up. That happened last night and I try my best to keep all the pets quiet so he can rest. He got to bed at 6am last night. But if he naps, he feels worse. I can nap for an hour or so if I'm really tired, but I try not to because I'm happier when I have a good routine. Sorry the meds are still making you sleepy...I hope that goes away soon, it's been a while now hasn't it?Rain https://www.blogger.com/profile/14377719049819222133noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309826816742200785.post-867692126190527062017-11-29T08:32:45.341-08:002017-11-29T08:32:45.341-08:00Hi Dear Baili, I often take afternoon naps! I want you to say around for a long, long time because I love your blog and your kind words. So, follow Doctor's orders for the medication and, if necessary, take a nap so you can keep posting on Baili and I! :-) JohnJohn's Islandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03618219887687125402noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309826816742200785.post-3195311257274229232017-11-29T02:13:17.240-08:002017-11-29T02:13:17.240-08:00I often take a nap in the afternoon for about an h...I often take a nap in the afternoon for about an hour. I always thought naps were good and I have one most days. I work a 12 hour shift with two 30 min breaks and go sleep in my car for 15 mins at lunchtime, on days off I often do the same but not for too long, setting my alarm. Some others have suggested your medication dose might need adjusting, I hope you can check this with your gp. p.s. even my hairdresser has 'power naps' while my hair colour is processing she has a little lie down!Elderberry-Robhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14197689596360708239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309826816742200785.post-84980997599090291872017-11-27T23:14:44.199-08:002017-11-27T23:14:44.199-08:00Dear friends i really appreciate sharing of your...Dear friends i really appreciate sharing of your personal experiences and sweet positive words for me ,each of you is so generous and i want say THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking your precious time ,reading my silly posts and leaving your valuable words in comments .
